Formation passionnante et enthousiasmante !
Une des meilleures formations que j’ai pu faire dans le cadre de mon parcours professionnel. Il y a clairement eu un avant et un après. On a appris à changer de posture, à lâcher prise sur le résultat et à faire confiance à l’intelligence collective. J’étais pourtant déjà formée aux techniques d’animation mais là on passe un cap supplémentaire (d’où la nécessité d’une formation assez conséquente et impliquante). Le réseau que l’on anime a retrouvé du dynamisme, on ose davantage… tout le monde y gagne ! Un grand merci !
